Mamoud Bashi, Principal – Environmental Engineer

A Professional Environmental Engineer as well as a graduate of the Queen’s School of Business, Mamoud Bashi established CSR Environmental in 2015, subsequent to over 25 years of working and partnering with other environmental consulting firms in BC. With extensive experience in environmental investigation, permitting and compliance, Mamoud brings a practical and hands-on approach to projects related to land development and construction, oil and gas, mining and renewable energy sectors. His knowledge of environmental regulations and standards allow him to apply the most innovative and effective solutions to all aspects of project requirements and goals. Mamoud has strong focus on project completion and client satisfaction and is an excellent people manager and communicator who motivates cross-disciplinary project teams to complete tasks successfully and move business ahead for his broad client base. He has headed many project teams for a wide collection of residential, commercial, industrial projects for private and public sectors.

Our Environmental Technologists work directly under Mamoud to complete project tasks in an efficient and timely manner. The Technologists have experience in conducting various field work including, but not limited to, soil, groundwater and soil vapour sampling, environmental site investigations and remediation, erosion and sediment control monitoring, and stream and riparian area assessments. They are also experienced in researching and reporting and have extensive knowledge of BC’s rules and regulations regarding contamination and development. CSR Environmental’s Techs are effective communicators and are always happy to help with any of your project’s needs.
